The Mod Situation

As you guys all know, we have a lot of mods simply because as a clan we are growing and we have many divisions. and with many divisons, there are lots of leaders. however, some other members and i have noticed that at any given time on our chat, there are often more mods than regular cB members.

Imo, this kinda makes a clan look weak. I feel like it makes us look like we give mod away too easily and just from past experiences i know that sometimes with too many mods, decisions that should be made easily are often delayed or done inefficiently.

Here is what I propose. I feel like there should maybe be a 3 or 4 mod limit. Keeping owners the same, i feel that would be more efficient.

I also feel like the members of cB should have more of a say in who they feel should be mods. I remember when i got modded, two or three people gave off handed remarks and did not seem to happy about my modship. I only want to be considered a leader in this clan if people respect me. My idea is to have members input on who should be mods.

Let me know what you guys think. Good idea? Bad idea? Leave everything the way it is?

I agree with miles. Though, when we grow in size, we may need another mod here and there. I like the proposal though

If we do downgrade the mods, i would be ok being downgaded, but only if you downgrade others along with me

pfff, i still never got remoded despite my efforts to reserect our brawl devision -.-

A lot of spelling errors. *Division, *Resurrect. But anyway, do something to motivate the brawl division and make it grow.

That is 3 mods out now. and it almost looks like we are at the point of needing more mods since at any given time, its usually only me and bm on.

what you guys think? hopefully once a brawl leader arises, our clan will have more leadership to replace those that have gone

Well with the brawl leader there that will be another, yoshi has been inactive and i havent seen fox much.

Yoshi is in Qatar and that's like a 9 hr difference, so he will be inactive. Plus school.

Well it's a 5 or 6 hour difference, and I dont know what his intentions are atm.

Idk why he should be a mod when MSC is dead.

Same reason Mariod is owner. I like the attitudes they have. They are an extension of me
