General Rules/MSC Rules
-No excessive flaming or spamming in the chatroom. Wrongdoers will be swiftly taken care of by an owner or moderator.
-Posting of any pornagraphic material is prohibted. This is a children's game, and members and guests of the chat should not be exposed to such harmful material.
-In terms of MSC gameplay, boo dekeing, boo glitching, and any sort of spam(insta, hitting, etc) will not be tolerated. Doing so will result in temporary ban and future occurences can lead to banishment from the clan.
-As members of this clan it is your duty to be dedicated to participating in all this clan has to offer. That means regularly checking in on the chatbox and forums, and participating in clan wars if chosen to represent Charged Brigade.
-This is a friendly clan based on the principles of teamwork, hardwork, and fun. There is no place for hotheads or egos. This clan wasn't built for personal glory. It was designed for harboring team-oriented success.
Avy Rules
-On this clan's chatroom/any xat chat for that matter each member of cB has a username and specific avy to go with it. The avy could be many things, such as a Pokemon, Simpson characters, Nintendo characters, etc.
-To display some sort of consistency/professionalism in the chat, and to develop identity, we ask that all cB members keep the same chat avy for atleast a month out of a time.
-I may be pulling hairs here but its very annoying when I see people change their avy every single day. An avy is more than just a cute/childish icon. People identify you by your avy, so as a result it is a key means of representation.
Rules for Leaving/Coming Back
-For one reason or another you may decide that you arent happy with ur time here as a member of cB. We ask all those who feel like leaving, to do so in a respectable and professional matter. No sense in going insane over a children's game clan.
-However, perhaps you want to re join cB after leaving it for the first time. If you had left in a respectable manner, we will allow you to re tryout for cB. You must wait 2 weeks to do so, however.
-Although, if you decide to leave cB again, after already leaving it once, you can no longer come back. This clan does not tolerate excessive clan hopping. We are a family here and we want all our members to act as brothers/sisters.
Rules for Owners/Leaders:
-Make sure you are mostly on the clan's site at the same time you are logged onto your computer.
-Make sure you check the Tryouts section of the Forums very often.
-Make sure you are an active member and try participating in most clan wars or Tourneys.
-Be a VERY active poster to the ¢ß Forums. Please do not badly represent the clan in any way possible (Fights, inappropriate material, style of play, ego, etc.).
-After you test a person to join this clan, be sure to post your results and your thoughts on the topic for the players tryout.
-If any of those rules are broken, you can be downgraded to tester, member, or even be kicked out of ¢ß.
Rules for Moderators/Testers:
-Be sure to stay on the clan's chat to moderate people so you can ban people when necessary. Please do not make random bans because you feel like it.
-Check the players that need testing regularly. A lot of people request a test, so stay on top of those. After you test a person to join this clan, be sure to post your results and your thoughts on the same forum for the players tryout.
-Make sure you can participate in clan wars or Tourneys often. They are what make ¢ß active, so we want every player to participate.
-Be an active member in the ¢ß forums. It keeps the boards and the clan active. If you don't post enough, you may get kicked out of the clan, as it shows that you participate very little. Also, it is VERY necessary that you create an account here so we can keep track of you easily and notify you with our Newsletters and E-Mails.
-Please do not show disgrace to the clan in any way at all. If any of these rules are broken, you can be downgraded to member, or can even get kicked out of ¢ß. Please do not ask to become a Owner/Leader. We will upgrade you if we think you are worthy enough.
Rules for Members:
-Make sure you can participate in clan wars or Tourneys often. They are what make ¢ß active, so we want every player to participate.

-Please do not show disgrace to the clan in any way at all.
-Please make time to stay on the clan's chat. Even if there aren't any members, you can stay there in case any newcomers appear, or any other members log in eventually. An empty chat shows an inactive clan and we do not want that.
-On our chat, you can only stay a member until asked to become a moderator/tester or owner/leader. Please do not ask to become either. If rules are broken, you can get kicked out from ¢ß.
MKWii Rules:
-It doesnt really matter if you only have 5000 VR points on Wi-Fi or if you have no stars in your name. As long as we think you are good enough, you are in. But also show respect for the clan and make it look better by working harder to get more VR points or 3 stars in your name. That shows you are commited and very talented at the game.
-Please no hacking in this game. You may be kicked out of the clan for disrespecting the clan name.
-Don't be too cocky with other clans or cocky with your own members. There is no place for egos in this clan.
SSBB Rules:
-Please do not spam for any reason at all. There are lots of moves that are excessively spammed, and they make the reputation of ¢ß look bad.
-Since you are required to become a part of tourneys and clan wars, it would also be required that you have a doubles partner. Some wars or tourneys will require a team, so get along with the members and see who you can team up with. You and your partner must agree to work together and must attend practices together by playing other ¢ß SSBB doubles teams, or by playing against 2 lvl 9 cpus online. These practices must be made often so you can get used to eachother's playstyles.
CoD Rules:
Rules to be set.
RB/GH Rules:
-You must maintain a full band in the clan. If you have a band outside this clan, please refer them to join ¢ß.
-You must only play Expert and no lower difficulty. We will never accept any person that can't play Expert for certain songs. So the chances are, during the tryouts, we expect you to play challenging songs and pass them on Expert.
-Set up your own list of Accomplishments on either a forum page for yourself, or in your profile.
Clan tag requirements:
For your name in xat chats, from now on put [¢ß]your_name_here. It shows that you are a member of this clan and site. Please report any phising or fake members. If you are shown in any leaderboards or highly ranked on a game, please put "cbclanz.tk" as your name. It advertises the clan as an attempt to get people to join ¢ß. The usual requirements for wearing the link are:
MSC: Shown on the Leaderboards for Daily Leader or Season Leader. Also for being shown as Striker of the Day.
MKWii: Have a high VR Record (9000+ pts and 3 stars.)
SSBB: Post as your taunt's comment, or as your name's comment.
CoD: Not decided yet.
RB/GH: On the Top 10 leaderboards for a song on full band, single, or featured on the Leaderboards for top Career Record.
